At the end of 2020 a new production line including a new twin screw extruder ZSE MAXX from German company Leistritz has been put into operation for the production of masterbatches and compounds.
The new extruder ensures perfect mixing of the components, allows quick product-to-product changeovers and saving energy. The extruder is equipped with an internet access controller allowing remote diagnostics and reducing visits of service engineers to the company's plant. All those features correspond to the company's long-term goals of reducing CO2 emissions into the environment.
Leistritz is one of the world's leading manufacturers of twin screw extruders. The company has been designing, optimizing and manufacturing extruders and equipment for the plastics industry for over 80 years.
